⚠️ CRITICAL: Meta Ads Library API Limitation

The Meta Ads Library API only archives non-political commercial ads delivered in EU/UK. UAE-only real estate ads are NOT in the archive. However, many UAE agencies also target UK/EU investors, so their ads may appear with ad_reached_countries=['ALL'].

Workaround: The scraper now searches with ALL countries and by project keywords (Saadiyat, Aldar, Emaar) that appear in ad copy, not just company names.
